Sala de Arte Publico Siqueiros
Today, the Siqueiros Public Art Gallery is a museum, a centre for consultation and research, but it is also the venue for countless conferences and discussion panels on contemporary art. The SAPS has opened its space to contemporary art to give continuity to the technical and thematic concerns of the muralist. At SAPS we have always given a central place to Siqueiros' legacy. In recent years, the murals it houses were restored and more than 80,000 documents and materials from its archive were digitized. Its facilities were also remodeled, the façade was modernized and better access and space for a bookstore was created.
