Le centre d'art d'Haïti
The Art Center is a cultural institution created in 1944 and recognized as being of public utility in 1947 that works to promote Haiti's artistic creation. The Art Center is considered a true melting pot of plastic arts in Haiti. The Art Center is housed in temporary premises at its historic address in 58 rue Roy in Port-au-Prince and today continues its missions which are a continuation of the original concept : training, support for creation, dissemination, marketing and research.
